What we keep when you answer or send an interview, where it lives, and how to have it deleted.

What we keep

If you answer an interview: the audio of your answers, a written transcript, a short summary, and the name the sender gave us. You never need an account.

If you send interviews: your name and email, through our sign-in provider, Clerk.

If you use a form on this site: what you type into it.

Where it lives

The audio and transcripts of interview answers are stored on servers in the European Union, in Germany, operated for VoiceReview.

Recordings are transcribed and summarised on VoiceReview’s own machines. No third-party AI service receives them.

Who sees it

Your answers go to the person who sent you the interview.

We don’t show ads and we don’t sell data.

Deleting it

The person who sent the interview can delete it.

Anyone can ask for their recording to be deleted by emailing hello@voicereview.us.
