How a recording is handled, from the link to deletion.

  1. 1Each interview link holds a long random code. Only someone with the link can open it.
  2. 2People answering never need an account. Interviewers sign in through Clerk.
  3. 3Answers travel over an encrypted connection.
  4. 4The audio and transcripts are stored on servers in the European Union, in Germany, operated for VoiceReview.
  5. 5Transcripts and summaries are made on VoiceReview’s own machines. No third-party AI service receives your recordings.
  6. 6Only the person who sent the interview sees the answers, and they can delete it.
